Tim
I personally think that you are one of the few people in the storytelling community who have filled my cup more then I have filled theirs. Part of the problem in working in a mediam that is miss-understood by most of the population that I interview is that my interviewees don't always appreciate the service I am providing too them. This concept was very difficult for me too accept at first - without bitterness - but I am over it now.

There are many people who do - like yourself - very generously spread the word about the show. But I am still shocked to discover how few of my guests link to their interviews or even invite their contacts to listen in to their shows.

What I like most about your project is that it's so simple and it serves a really important function that can not be underestimated of saying "here lies the dragons."

Brother Wolf--
thanks for the shout out. I just wanted to add that my motivation for collecting these videos of storytellers was mainly selfish-- before I went and created video content of my own storytelling, I wanted to see what worked and what didn't on the small screen. There are a variety of editing styles on the clips I'm showing: from the highly produced, to the spontaneously switched, to the "leave the camera running on the tripod in the back of the room." Some are professionally made, some are clearly amateur clips, and there's a wide variety in between. Still, I hope the audience finds, as I do, that the diversity of styles, genres, and tellers out there is in itself a treasure, regardless of the quality of a particular performance caught on video.
