I just listened to this interview today and must say I thoroughly enjoyed it! Elizabeth has such a distinctive voice that carries through not just her telling but the entire interview. She's a joy to listen to.

She makes some excellent points on storytelling and its potential to enact both neural and emotive-empathetic changes in the listener (though I would add that this is as true for the teller also).

These kinds of ideas will be a great help in 'selling' a storytelling initiative in my parish this fall. Really glad I caught this one!
